1. Rental Offer
Enjoy your first day of instant camera rental for free! Following the first day, the rental fee is 4.50€ per day or 15€ eur per 5 day.
2. Payment Process
Rental payments and a €100 cash deposit for the camera must be made in-store. We accept both cash and card payments.
3. Film Purchase
Film packs can be purchased directly on our website. Please note again, that rental fees are paid in-store , while film purchases are made online.
4. Reservation Guidelines
To reserve a camera, please complete your booking through our website by paying for films you ordered.
We recommend early reservations to ensure camera availability.
By proceeding with the rental, you accept these terms.
5. Return Policy
All rented cameras must be returned the next day, no later than one hour before our closing time of 20:00.
Late returns will incur an charge, with each overdue day costing double the daily rental rate.
To prevent additional fees, please return the camera in its condition. We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing our rental service!

Terms and Conditions for Renting Cameras and Equipment*
1. Agreement to Terms
By renting cameras and equipment from Polas , you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not rent any equipment.
2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date specified in the rental agreement and ends on the return date. Late returns may incur additional fees.
3. Rental Fees
Rental fees are due at the time of reservation. Payment can be made by card or cash. A deposit may be required, refundable upon the safe return of the equipment.
4. Equipment Condition
All equipment is inspected before rental and is considered in good working order. You agree to inspect the equipment upon receipt and report any damages or malfunctions immediately.
5. Responsibility for Equipment
You are responsible for the equipment from the moment of pickup until it is returned. This includes loss, theft, or damage. You agree to handle the equipment with care and to use it only for its intended purpose.
6. Insurance
We recommend that you obtain insurance for the rented equipment. You may be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period.
7. Prohibited Uses
The equipment may not be used for illegal activities, commercial purposes without prior permission, or in any manner that could damage the equipment.
8. Returns
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Failure to return equipment on time or in good condition may result in additional fees.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 1 day in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations are nor acceptable
10. Liability
Polas is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of using the rented equipment. You agree to indemnify and hold harmles Polas from any claims arising from your use of the equipment.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
12. Amendments
Polas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your rental.
